Doncare 20 Year History Book Launch
Barry Plant Manningham would like to congratulate Doncare on the launch of their 20 Year History Book (1989 – 2009). The history book was launched in conjunction with Doncare’s volunteer Christmas party at the Beau Monde International on the 2nd December 2011.
Doncare’s history book is written by Peter Symons and gives a documented account of the changes to our local welfare system over the last 20 years. The book also highlights the changes to the needs of the most disadvantage in our local community.
Barry Plant Manningham is proud to be a major sponsor of Doncare’s history book. We congratulate Doncare of their milestone and wish to acknowledge the many volunteers who dedicate their personal time to help those less fortunate.
Director of Barry Plant Manningham James Hatzolos alongside Felicity Solomou (pictured above) were present at the book launch. Director James Hatzolos said that he was not aware that there were so many disadvantaged people in an affluent area such as Manningham until he met CEO of Doncare Doreen Stoves. Barry Plant Manningham looks forward to supporting Doncare over the coming years.
